Reading in Class 3

Hello

This morning I have been checking over home-school contact books to see that they are being used correctly. I have noticed that many children are not reading daily and are not recording what they have read. Please can you make sure that children read at home regually and their book is signed.

Thank you

Miss Lean

Week 10

Hi everyone

This week has been another busy one!

We have been working on our investigation skills in maths, completing challenge cards and investigating problems. It has been very fun and quite tricky! In PE we have been learning how to pass and receive the ball in football, we are getting much better at it! During computing we have been using the programme "Scratch" to make characters move, speak and make noises. Today we all came to school dressed as heroes for children in need.

Have a great weekend

Miss Lean

Hello

This week we have been working hard. In maths we have been mentally adding and subtracting numbers. In English we have been studying information texts for our moving mechanism booklets and we have learnt about the impact of deforestation on the rainforest in geography.

We hope that you can join us for Remembrance Day on Tuesday.

Have a restful weekend.
