Summer 2 Week 2

Another busy week in Class 3 has flown by! 

This week we have been looking at 'toys from the past' and have compared these to the toys that the children like to play with today. If you have any old toys from when you or the children's grandparents were little, please do bring them in to show to the class! 

In Science this week we learned about the differences between natural and man-made materials. 

In Literacy our grammar focus was the present and the past tense and in maths we looked at solving complex maths puzzles! 

Our Year 3s have been busy rehearsing for the KS2 production whilst the Year 2s were painting using water colours in the style of Monet.

In RE we learned a new hymn and thought about what 'love one another as I have loved you' means to each one of us.
