There are two clearly labelled wall mounted post boxes in the main entrance. We do hope that you find them useful.
‘Office Post’: For reply slips, notes, completed forms etc. This means you don’t need to queue at the hatch to hand something in. Please ensure that anything posted is clearly labelled or in envelopes. We ask that you do NOT post cash payments into this box. Remember also that we operate a ‘class basket’ system and children should hand in such things to their teacher in the mornings - class baskets are then delivered to the office after registration.
‘Feedback and Suggestions’: This is for any ideas or feedback that you wish the school and Governors to look at. If the matter is a specific issue concerning your child, or is an urgent matter, please do not use the box, but contact the appropriate member of staff as outlined above. Please also ensure your letters or notes are signed and dated. Responses to post in this box may be individual or may be public via the school newsletter if we feel it is an area that concerns the whole school community.
